Morgan silver dollar coins were minted every year between 1878 and 1904. They were also minted again for one year in 1921.
During the period of 1878 - 1904, they were produced at the United States Mints of Philadelphia, New Orleans, San Francisco & Carson City.
Although during this period some mints didn't produce any coins for a particular year.
In 1921 they were only produced at Philadelphia, San Francisco & Denver.
